The "item rank" is a column for sorting purposes, making it easier to quickly check the best and worst items (and their characters). Hence, here is a list of the names and what rewards they give. The main advantage is that its much easier to distribute the workload you can dump stuff and Ill come through after and mark it up. However, it often gives little hint as to what you will receive - and the effort often doesn't correspond to the reward. Eh, wiki formatting and forum formatting are very similar, though wiki markup tends to use more shorthand. (Note: The NPC Will Leave after 5 Minutes.)
